1 About QuoteHomePros

QuoteHomePros.com is operated by Lead Cactus LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). The Site is a lead generation and matching platform that connects homeowners and property managers ("Consumers") with local home service professionals and partner networks ("Service Providers"). We are not a home service company ourselves and do not perform any home improvement work.

By submitting a quote request through the Site, you authorize us to share your contact information and project details with one or more Service Providers who may contact you about your project. You may be contacted by multiple providers.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Site is intended for personal, residential use. Commercial or investment property inquiries are permitted but subject to our Service Providers' individual eligibility requirements.

3 Permitted Use

You may use the Site to request quotes and information about home services. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests or contact information.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or any server or network connected to the Site.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures on the Site.
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4 Compensation and Referral Relationships

We receive compensation from our partner networks and Service Providers when we refer Consumers to them. This compensation is a material part of how we operate and fund the Site. The fact that we receive compensation does not mean we endorse any particular Service Provider, and we make no representations about the quality, licensing, or fitness of any Service Provider.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any Service Provider you choose to work with. We encourage you to verify licensing, insurance, and references before entering into any agreement with a Service Provider.

5 No Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND MATCHING FUNCTIONALITY ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site or any information provided by a Service Provider.

6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEAD CACTUS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER YOU ENGAGE THROUGH THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lead Cactus LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.

9 Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. California residents should also review our CCPA Notice.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
