With service professionals: When you choose to contact a pro or submit a service request, we share your contact information and project details with that professional. This is the core function of our service.

With our service providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate our platform, including cloud hosting providers, analytics services, customer support tools, and payment processors. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.

For advertising and measurement: We share hashed identifiers and conversion events (not personally identifiable contact information) with advertising platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize ad delivery. This is done through our server-side tag management system.

With business successors: If QuoteHomePros or Lead Cactus LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

For legal reasons: We may disclose information when required by law, in response to legal process, to protect our rights, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We do not sell your personally identifiable contact information (name, email, phone) to third-party data brokers or marketers.

4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our platform is hosted on Cloudflare's edge network, which provides DDoS protection, TLS encryption in transit, and data isolation at rest.
