Information you provide:
- Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code submitted through quote request forms or lead capture forms.
- Project details such as service type, project description, budget range, and property information you enter during the quote or quiz flow.
- Communications you send us via our contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically:
- Log data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookie and tracking data, including a first-party visitor identifier cookie (
_vid_global) set by our analytics endpoint (analytics.dmplks.com) to recognize returning visitors across sessions. - UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (such as
fbclid,gclid,ttclid, andmsclkid) appended to the URL by advertising platforms when you arrive from a paid ad. - Device and browser signals collected by Google Tag Manager (GTM container GTM-KJ92HGCD) and any tags deployed through it, including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools.

- Match you with local home service professionals based on your project type and location.
- Deliver your quote request or lead information to our partner service providers, including Thumbtack, Angi, HomeBuddy, and other networks with whom we have arrangements.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our matching services.
- Measure and analyze advertising performance, including attributing conversions to specific ad campaigns using click identifiers.
- Communicate with you about your request, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
- Detect and prevent fraud, bots, and abuse.
Compensation disclosure: We may receive compensation from partner service providers when we refer a consumer to them. This compensation does not affect the order or manner in which service providers appear, but it is a material part of our business model.
4 Sharing Your Information
We share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service provider partners: When you submit a quote request, your contact information and project details are shared with one or more of our partner networks (such as Thumbtack, Angi, or HomeBuddy) and local service professionals who may contact you about your project.
- Advertising platforms: We share hashed contact information and conversion event data with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms for the purpose of audience matching, ad measurement, and Conversion API (CAPI) reporting.
- Analytics and technology vendors: We use Cloudflare (for hosting and edge analytics), Google Tag Manager, and other technology service providers that may process data on our behalf.
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information when required by law, in response to legal process, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or to enforce our Terms of Use.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as otherwise disclosed in our CCPA Notice.
5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it. Specifically:

dmplks.comdomain that stores an anonymous visitor identifier. Used to recognize returning visitors and link events within a session. - Google Tag Manager — Manages the loading of analytics and advertising tags including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and others. GTM container ID:
GTM-KJ92HGCD. - Advertising cookies — Third-party cookies set by Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms when you arrive from their ads or when their pixels fire on our pages.

Event and visitor data stored in our analytics database is retained for up to 24 months. Lead submission data shared with partner networks is subject to those partners' own retention policies.

Our analytics infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's edge network. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
