Targeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA Conformance

Lead Cactus LLC is committed to ensuring that QuoteHomePros.com is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

4 Known Limitations

While we aim for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, the following known limitations exist as of the date of this statement. We are actively working to address them:

Third-party iframe embeds: When a service professional's booking or matching flow is displayed in an embedded iframe (e.g., Thumbtack result pages), the accessibility of that embedded content is subject to the third party's own accessibility standards. We do not control that content.
Multi-step quiz overlays: Certain funnel pages use overlay-based quiz flows. We have implemented focus trapping and aria-modal, but some older screen reader versions may not fully support these patterns.
Third-party scripts: Tags loaded via Google Tag Manager (analytics, advertising pixels) may introduce elements not under our direct accessibility control. We evaluate third-party tools before deployment where feasible.
